Larry Speaks

You may have read the libels Giles Malone has been publishing about me in an attempt to confuse people about how he destroyed Las Vegas Casino Lines and how his actions are leading to the arrest of his ship, Liquid Vegas.
Here is the truth: Over the weekend of May 9th and 10th, Giles Malone begged me to come back and save the business. He told me that I would be given full authority, and the firm would be turned over to me with a clean sheet; unfortunately, Giles Malone lied.
I took over based on Mr. Malone’s explicit promise that payroll had been made for the past two week. As you know the checks had been issued and Mr. Malone promised me, like he did you, that there was money in the account to pay the checks he wrote. I took over after the payroll had been made, based on Giles Malone’s explicit promise payroll checks would clear.
Of course, they did not. On Wednesday, May 13, 2009 I discoved Tuesday’s payroll checks had bounced, including the check to the ship’s master. I found that an insurance policy required by the port to move passengers on and off the ship expired on May 15th and a large premium was due to continue the policy in effect.
When it became clear to me that Giles Malone had lied and that there was no money in the bank accounts to pay the employees for their past work, I determined it would be unfair to expect people to work when they would not get paid, and shut the ship down.
If you have any questions you want answered, post them here and I will try and answer them.
